Terje 16th april 2018 at 3:59 am. i saw in an article that the lower voltage is the same as standard lipo. however, i already know that the full voltage and the low voltage limits on lipo batteries are a compromise.. Does anybody know why neato attempts to keep a record of battery condition and adjust it's operating time accordingly? surely - as with all other robots - it only needs to be a simple case of delta-peak charging the battery to maximum capacity, then running it to a predetermined cut-off point (voltage) for the bot to decide when it needs to. Note that some low voltage cutoffs are programmed for a set voltage, others are based on relative voltage. a set voltage cut-off would turn off power at the same voltage regardless of charge state when the battery was plugged in..
